
Frank Dubois is the Chief Financial Officer of DRG International. Reporting directly to the President as an integral part of the corporate management at DRG, Mr. Dubois has been with the company for over eleven years. His central responsibility is reviewing all financial data for DRG International, both domestically and abroad.
Mr. Dubois coordinates with DRG’s outside accounting firm to create consolidated financial statements for the company. Converting varied currencies and observing legislation from the 140 international markets where DRG does business is a large component to the financial reporting of the company.
In overseeing the financial records of DRG International, Mr. Dubois constantly studies the currency market to limit DRG International’s interests to exposure to declining currencies and deals with letters of credit in varied international markets.
Mr. Dubois also conducts cost/benefit analysis for all DRG International’s ventures domestically and overseas and is a strong guiding force in maintaining financial continuity for DRG as the company expands internationally. Additionally, Mr. Dubois interfaces with the managers and the financial officers at DRG subsidiary companies overseas to ensure financial continuity. In this vein, Mr. Dubois also acts as the financial liaison with DRG’s Beijing office.
His varied financial experience covers a wide variety of industries. Prior to his work at DRG, Mr. Dubois served as Controller at National Tree Co. in Cranford, NJ, an importer and manufacturer of artificial Christmas trees, as well as Controller at Avionic Instruments in Avenel, NJ, manufacturer of inverters for commercial aircraft.
Mr. Dubois earned a Master of Arts in Liberal Studies from Kean University as well as a Bachelor of Science in Management, with a concentration in Accounting, from Seton Hall University. Mr. Dubois also served in the United States Coast Guard, stationed at Governors Island, NY.
