You need to install Acrobat Reader™ on your PC.
The purpose of this free program is to view documents in .pdf format.
You can download it here.
Warning: Some browsers can have a hard time trying to expose a large file in .pdf format.
If your browser has such problem, save the file and then view it omitting browser.

Check current encoding setting in your browser.
Some old fashion browsers cannot automatically select right encoding.
Moreover your PC must have suitable multilanguage support.
